PRODUCTION LINE

The manufacturing process of thermal paper begins with unwinding the base paper. It then undergoes pre-coating with a coarse-grained layer, followed by drying. A second fine-grained coating is applied before another drying phase. Subsequently, a top protective coating is added, and the paper proceeds through final drying, calendering, and finishing. After rigorous quality inspection, the finished product is wound and packaged.

APPLICATION SCENARIOS

Thermal paper serves as a communication medium for text and graphics in fax machines, functioning as fax paper. It also acts as a recording material in medical and monitoring/measurement systems, such as electrocardiogram paper and process recorder paper. Additionally, it's used as print paper for Internet terminals. In commercial applications, thermal paper produces labels, POS (point-of-sale) receipts, and similar items.
